I am professional, friendly, understanding, have a sense of humor, and have a passion for coaching others to live their best life!

I gladly work with all:  especially young (age 14 and up,) old, and mid-lifers; adult-children of dysfunctional families; "co-dependents"; perfectionists; people with an inappropriate sense of humor; others lost in the twilight zone, and those wanting to live the Teenage Dream.
